At Ishq, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or cash refunds.
Replacements are offered only if the product is delivered in a damaged condition, and a valid unboxing video is mandatory for verification. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue store credit with no expiry date.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
We offer shipping on all prepaid orders.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) because our products are crafted from luxury metals such as 925 sterling silver, and to maintain the integrity of every order, we avoid COD to prevent unwanted cancellations, returns, RTOs (Return to Origin), and misuse of the service.
We make it a priority to dispatch your orders within 12 hours, excluding holidays and Sundays.
