Exchange / Replacement Policy
We are happy to offer you a replacement in case your product is delivered in a damaged condition.
Please note:
- A valid unboxing video is mandatory to verify the damage.
- Once verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup and ship your replacement within 5–7 working days.
- If a replacement is not possible, we will issue store credit with no expiry date.
- Cash refunds are not available.
- Reverse pickup and reshipping charges will be deducted from your store credit or will be borne by the customer.
